It has arrived, as the Pilot foretold it would eight months ago. Tbus writes the Parliamentary correspondent of United Ireland : " Next Spring in all human probability will bring the Irish people at last face to face with the most important question of our generation — will their future representatives be a band of disciplined and devoted Nationalists, knit together as one man, or will their strength still be paralysed by the an tics of. trimmers, traitors and cranks?" That is, in one word,— will the Irish people pay their members of Parliament?
