HENRY DRIVER lias been favoured with instructions from the Proprietor to offer for sale by auction, at Watson's Hotel, on Saturday, the 27th instant, at 2 o'clock, The well-known and unrivalled Bishop's Court Estate, being sub-divisions of Sections 1, 3, and 5, Block III", Upper Kaikorai District, and containing in all about 25 acres. The property has been divided into sections varying in size from quarter of an acre to five acres each, so as to be within the reach of all persons desiring to become possessed of a portion of the Estate, One of the lots to be offered will be the very large and handsome house, late.y the residence of Bishop Nevill, together with grounds attached, having an area of five acres.
