HENRY DRIVER lias been favoured with instructions from the Proprietor to offer for sale by auction, at Watson's Hotel, on Saturday, the 27th instant, at 2 o'clock, The well-known and unrivalled Bishop's Court Estate, being sub-divisions of Sections 1, 3, and 5, Block III", Upper Kaikorai District, and containing in all about 25 acres.
