TO THE ELECTORS OF THE CAVERSHAM DISTRICT. r^ ENTLEMEN,— In contesting the late ELECTION for your DISTRICT, my object was to assist in obtaining by all lawful Mid constitutional means the relegation of the question of the ABOLITION of the PROVINCES to the People. Success attended the efforts of the OPPOSITION, and the question now awaits your decision. If, in your opinion, the views I have so often enunciated are sound, and likely to contribute to the obtaining of real selfgovernment for the Colony, my services arc at your disposal.
