Messrs McLandress, Hepburn and Co. sold by auction on Monday a number of cily sections. The sale exoited considerable interest, and after very spirited competition, the whole of the' allotments offered were sold Allotments in Forth street and Harbor Terrace, on the outekirts of the city, 30 feet frontaze by 80 feet, brought about HOO each • half an aero, with 13-roomed dwelling house, L 745 ; sections 16 17 18-, and 19, block XXXV.
