On above date he obtained £5 in money from Magan Unka, greengrocer, Great South Road, by representing that, he was in a position to supply complainant with six or seven tons of potatoes. He arranged to have them delivered the following day, and complainant paid him the sum mentioned as a deposit, but has not received Hie potatoes. No warrant.
