Auckland. — Ist ultimo, on warrant for failing to comply with the terms of a maintenance order for the support of his wife, Thomas Henry Edward Brady, referred to in Police Gazette, 1943, page 835. Arrears to 26th November last, £142 16s. 9d.

Auckland —23rd September last, that a summons may be served upon him for aiding and assisting the unlawful supply of liquor to a Maori, and with having liquor in his possession in the vicinity of a dance hall, Rawiri Tiatoa, age twenty-one, labourer, a half-caste Maori.

Napier.— lßth ultimo, on warrant for failing to comply with the terms of a maintenance order for the support of his wife, Bertram Rice, age forty-one, height 5 ft. 2 in., hairdresser, native of Australia, slight build, fresh complexion, dark hair, hazel eyes. He is believed to have left the Dominion for Australia in 1934. Arrears to Bth December last, £SOO 13s.

Wellington. — lst ultimo, on warrant for failing to report for service with the Armed Forces when notified so to do, William Andrew Kean, alias Keane, age forty-four, height 5 ft. 7 2 in., seaman and labourer, native of Fiji, strong build, dark complexion and hair, brown eyes, broad large nose, three flags, woman, and “ America ” on left upper arm, “ W.K.A.N.” on left forearm, scar near left eye.
