HIS MAJESTY’S FORCES (MOTOR-VEHICLES) SUSPENSION ORDER 1943

Pursuant to the Transport Legislation Emergency Regulations 1940,* the Minister of Transport doth hereby order and declare as follows: 1. This Order may be cited as His Majesty’s Forces (Motor-vehicles) Suspension Order 1943. s 2. The provisions of Regulation 10 (1) of the Traffic Regulations 1936 f and Regulation 7 (14) of the Traffic Regulations 1936, as substituted by Regulation 5 of the Traffic Regulations 1936, Amendment No. Is, are hereby suspended so far as they relate to the use or operation of any motor-vehicle of which the Crown is the owner or hirer while it is being driven by a member of His Majesty’s Forces.
