PROPERTY RECOVERED

Auckland.— JAMES THOMAS CALDWELL’S motorcar has been recovered by the Auckland police, but the radio and registration-plates had been stolen. (See Police Gazette. 1941, pages 174 and 944.)

Auckland. —NOEL KANE’S bicycle has been recovered by the Auckland police. (See Police Gazette, 1942, page 91.)

Auckland.— Major PHILLIP ARCHIBALD STEBBING’S bicycle has been recovered by the Auckland police. (See Police Gazette, 1943, page 255.)

Gisborne. —LOMA MAHONEY’S bicycle has been recovered by the Gisborne police. (See Police Gazette, 1943, page 210.)

Wanganui.— BßUCE DONALD DALZELL’S bicycle stolen : The frame of the stolen bicycle has been .recovered by the Wanganui police. (See Police Gazette, 1942, page 818.)

Blenheim.— STANLEY HERBERT SLINN’S bicycle has been recovered by the Blenheim police. (See Police Gazette, 1942, page 347.)

Christchurch. CYßlL HILL’S piano-accordion has been recovered by the Christchurch police. The offender may be identical with William Thomas Crocker, referred to in Police Gazette, 1942, page .379, and Photographs, 1939, page 89. and when located he is to be interviewed. Christchurch. SOFUS DAMSGAARD NIELSON’S motor-cycle has been recovered by the North Dunedin police. (See Police Gazette, 1943, page 351.)

Christchurch. JOHN EDWARD POUNSFORD’S bicycle has been recovered by the Christchurch police. (See Police Gazette, 1943, page 369.)

Christchurch.— CLlFFOßD LAURENCE COSTELLO’S bicycle has been recovered by the Christchurch police. (See Police Gazette, 1943, page 370.)

. Dunedin.— WlLLlAM LANCELOT AYNSLEY’S chinaware, &c., stolen : All the stolen property, except a Royal Stafford jug and cup, and a Royal Albert cup, has been recovered by the Dunedin police. - (See Police Gazette, 1943, page 291.)
