The complainant ordered a Foresome Remington electric shaver from Burrowes, and on above date Hammond informed him that he had two shavers in Auckland which he offered for £l7, but requested payment at once to enable him to obtain delivery and the shavers would be received by the complainant on the 19th January last. Mr. Stark paid Hammond £l7 by cheque which was cashed the same day. The shavers have not been received. ,
