The bicycle described hereunder was found abandoned in the Esplanade on the 12th December last, and the owner has not been found: A gentlemen’s black, No. 29634, upturned handle-bars without grips, Bates rubber saddle the front spring of which is tied with wire, black tires, rat-trap pedals, Bosch dynamo, Berko head-lamp, rear carrier.
