THE EMERGENCY RESERVE CORPS ENROLMENT ORDER 1942, AMENDMENT NO. 1

Pursuant to Regulation 8a of the National Service Emergency Regulations 1940,* the Minister of National Service doth hereby amend the Emergency. Reserve Corps Enrolment Order 1942 f as from the making of that Order, by exempting from compliance with clause 2 or clause 3 thereof the following further classes of persons, namely : Judges of the Supreme Court, the Court of Arbitration, the Compensation Court, or the Native Land Court: Stipendiary Magistrates : Members of the Police Force : Men serving in merchant ships.
