The Maintenance Orders (Facilities for Enforcement) Act, Reciprocity with Sarawak.

Department of Justice, Wellington, 31st March, 1941. The following extract from the Sarawak Government Gazette of the 16th January, 1941, applying Sarawak Order No. M-ll (Maintenance Orders (Facilities for Enforcement)), 1938, to New Zealand, with effect from the Ist January 1941, is published for general information. In exercise of the powers conferred upon the Chief Secretary by section 10 of Order No. M-ll (Maintenance Orders (Facilities for Enforcement)), 1938,1 hereby add the following territories to the Schedule of the said Order, with effect from Ist January, 1941 :
