DESERTERS FROM HIS MAJESTY’S SERVICE.
Wellington. — 9th instant, on warrant for deserting from the Royal New Zealand Air Force, Robert Edward Mclntyre, age nineteen, height 5 ft. 8£ in., aircraftsman and factory employee, native of New Zealand, slight build, fresh complexion, brown hair, grey eyes, slightly stooped gait, has a habit of running his hand through his hair. Mclntyre left the Taieri Air Station on the Ist March last and failed to return. He may be accompanied by his twin brother, Herbert William Mclntyre. ~ / / -i Wharf (Wellington). — l2th 'instant, on warrant to apprehend for breaking out of H.M.S. “ Humphrey,” John Brady, age forty, height 5 ft. 10 in., stoker, swarthy complexion, black hair, grey eyes; dressed in blue trousers, service-blue raincoat, and grey check cap; speaks with Welsh or Irish accent. aMJ&ttdfZhft/W Mosgiel. —Herbert Julian Froelich, deserting Air Force (see Police Gazette, 1940, page 358): The warrant was issued at Wellington (not Mosgiel), and all copies of tho Police Gazette are to be amended accordingly.
