Devonport. 24th February last, from Bayswater, the property of RALPH AMBROSE DIBBLE, 39 Norwood Road, a “Z” class yacht, 12 ft. 6 in. in length, 4 ft. 6 in. beam, painted bright colour outside, slate-green with orange battens inside, cream-coloured deck with black facings, port canvas is worn and tacked with copper tacks, one splashboard is cracked, combing forward side is cracked, and has been puttied and painted ; value, £4O. Auckland. —On the 19th March last, the shop of BADEN FRANCIS WALLACE FINLAYSON, confectioner, 11 Albert Road, Point Chevalier, was broken into and the following stolen : A fruit machine, patent No. 2038069 stamped on it, about 17 in. high and about 15 in. wide, slot for coins on top, “Rol-a-Top” and “ Twin Jack Pot” on front, cherries painted on front, chromium on top and black sides and bottom edges, has been welded on inner bedplate, one lemon has been bored to enable it to be played on a cherry combination. It contained £lO in silver coins: total value, £BO. Identifiable.

Wellington. 2Bth March last, from a cabin on the ship “ Karu,” the property of DENNIS MACK, seaman, a fivevalve table model broadcast Silvertone wireless-set, 12 in. by 8 in. by 8 in., black bakelite cabinet, only one control lever, small piece of paper sealed on each end of cabinet, and on one piece is the name “D. Milne ” ; and a small filter which is used to eliminate static, size 5 in. by 4 in. by 3 in. : total value, £l3 Is. Identifiable.
