UNCLAIMED PROPERTY.

Auckland. lnquiries are to be made for the owners of the property described hereunder which was found in possession of Nelson Herbert Offord on 18th February last when he was located at Western Springs after having run away from his home at 106 Wellesley Street about a week earlier. He appeared before the Children’s Court on 28th April, 1939, charged with being a delinquent child, and was f committed to the care of the Superintendent, Child Welfare, ~ until 31st December, 1939. He admitted stealing the property : A gentlemenla-Bantima Swiss wristlet-watch, oblong ' _ a shape, chromium-plated, luminous Arabic numerals, “ C.A.L. 3 7 158 ” stamped on movement, chromium-plated woven wrist-strap ; a ladies’ round Swiss wristlet-watch, chromiumplated, fifteen jewel, “ 3.A.D.J.” stamped on movement, Arabic numerals, repair No. 8115/752 scratched on inside back case, chromium-plated link strap; a red imitation leather purse; three door keys; three chest or box keys; a flat padlock key ; a circular padlock key ; two H.T. & V keys ; a Yale Junior key stamped “ R.M. 183 ” ; a Yale key stamped “H”; a Yale Junior key stamped “H”; and a box key stamped “ H.”
