Memorandum.] Naval Deserters. The Naval Authorities have drawn attention to the fact that the following deserters from the New Zealand Division of the Navy have not yet been apprehended, and advise that they are prepared to consider the granting of a reward of £1 in respect of the arrest of each of these deserters within two years of date of desertion : y Jacobs, L.
