Warkworth. — Charles Morrison, alias Cyril Marshall, default of fine and costs, has been arrested by the Newmarket police.' His correct name is Charles Walsh, and he is identical with Charles Walsh, alias George Whitmore, alias Balfour, referred to in Police Gazette, . 1929, page 774, and Photographs, 1926, page 70. (See Police Gazette, 1937, page 511.)

Warkworth. —Cyril Marshall, default of maintenance, has been arrested by the Newmarket police. His correct name is Charles Walsh. (See Police Gazette, 1937, pages 531 and 596.)

Queen Street Wharf (Auckland). — Herbert Henry Bennett, deserting ship, has been arrested by the Rotorua police. (See Police Gazette, 1937, page 841.)

Auckland. — Bland Parker, inquired for, has paid the amount, and no further action is to be taken. (See Police Gazette, 1937, page 545.)

Auckland. Gin On, default of fine and costs, has been arrested by the Auckland police. (See Police Gazette, 1937, page 719.)

Auckland.— Bernard Benson Byatt, failing to maintain* has been arrested by the Auckland police. (See Police Gazette, 1937, page 833, and 1938, page 89.)

Auckland. —Phillip George Adams, inquired for, has been interviewed by the Auckland police. (See Police Gazette, 1936, page 316.)

Wellington. — George Fitton, default of maintenance, has paid the amount to the Queen Street Wharf (Auckland) police. (See Police Gazette, 1938, page 90.)

Blenheim. — Michael Joseph Bergen, failing to maintain Warrant cancelled. (See Police Gazette, 1933, page 292.)

Christchurch. — Raymond Murray Watson, convicted of being intoxicated in charge of a motor-car (see Police Gazette, 1937, page 308): At a rehearing on the 11th instant the disqualification imposed under the Motor-vehicles Act was removed from that date.

Dunedin. — Eduard Lowers, unlawfully landing in New Zealand, has been arrested by the Temuka police. (See Police Gazette, 1938, page 57.)
