Devonfort.- — -Wilfred Clayworth, deserting Navy, has been arrested by the Kaitaia police. (See Police Gazette, 1937, pages 443 and 464.)

Auckland. Robert Warne Donaldson, failing to maintain : Warrant cancelled. (See Police Gazette, 1935, page 591.)

Auckland. — Stewart Raymond McArthur, false pretences, has been interviewed by the Timaru police, but no evidence resulted. (See Police Gazette, 1937, page 785.)

Auckland. — Onslow Clyde Bellringer, failing to maintain, has been arrested by the Waitara police. (See Police Gazette, 1938, page 55.)

Tauranga. — Henry Francis Rae, default of maintenance, has paid the arrears to the Waihi police. (See Police Gazette, 1938, page 56.)

Hamilton.— Jesse Charles Hawkins, breach of probation, has been arrested by the Te Awamutu police. (See Police Gazette, 1938, page 56.)

Matamata . Phyllis Jefferies, missing, has been located by the Waihi police. She is living with Raymond Jack Vernon Elliott. (See Police Gazette, 1937, page 281.)

Gisborne. — James Koha, default offin.es and costs, has paid the amount to the Patutahi police. (See Police Gazette, 1938, page 56.)

New Plymouth. — Basil Gordon John Gwilliam, default of maintenance, has paid the arrears into Court. (See Police Gazette, 1937, pages 817 and 842.) ~

New Plymouth.— Raymond Jack Elliott, failing to maintain, has been arrested by the Waihi police. He assumed the name Raymond Jack Squires. (See Police Gazette, 1937, page 183.)

Inglewood. — Frances Josephine Chard, missing, has communicated ■ with her mother, and no further action is to be taken. (See Police Gazette, 1937, page 682.)

Wanganui. — Taylor Duke, false statement (Employment Promotion Act), has been served with the summons by the Auckland police. (See Police Gazette, 1937, page 847.)

Masterton.Timothy Manion, default of maintenance, lias been arrested by the Wellington police. (See Police Gazette, 1937, page 834.)

Dunedin. Joe Sutherland, absconding from State Institution, has been arrested by the Auckland police. He assumed the name John Edwards. (See Police Gazette, 1937, page 582.)
