Excluding Streets and Roads from Limitation as to Speed. IN terms of section 3 of the Motor-vehicles Amendment Act, 1936, I, Robert Semple, Minister of Transport, do hereby exclude the streets and roads described in the Schedule hereto from the limitation as to speed imposed by the said section.

SCHEDULE. Situated within Paeroa Borough Kopu-Paeroa Main Highway No. 17 (all that portion from the northern boundary of Paeroa Borough to the junction of the main highway with Station Road, a distance of approximately 52 chains).

Situated within Te Aroha Borough— Stanley Road (all that portion from the western boundary of Te Aroha Borough to the Government railway-crossing, a distance of approximately 1 mile 2 chains). Situated within Turua Town District Orongo-Netherton Main Highway No. 315 (all that portion from the northern boundary of Turua Town District to the junction of the main highway with the Piako Road Outlet Drain, a distance of approximately 53 chains ; and all that portion from the southern boundary of Turua Town District to a point 8 chains south of the junction of the main highway with Raratuna Road, a distance of approximately 47 chains). Declaring Area to be Closely Populated Locality.

IN terms of section 3 of the Motor-vehicles Amendment Act, 1936, I, Robert Semple, Minister of Transport, do hereby declare the area described in the Schedule hereto to be a closely populated locality for the purposes of the said section to the intent that a person driving any motor-vehicle on any road, street, or other place to which the public have access therein shall be subject to the maximum speed-limit of thirty miles an hour fixed by the said section.

Situated within Ohinemuri County : All that area adjoining the Pokeno-Waihi Main Highway No. 15 at Waikino Township from a point on the said highway 2 chains west of the suspension bridge across the Ohinemuri River to a point opposite the Waikino Railway-station.
