MISSING.

Christchurch. —Since the 6th ultimo, Matthew Scott Park, age fifteen and three-quarters (looks older), height about 5 ft. 8 in., garage assistant, native of New Zealand, strong build, fair complexion with a few pimples, curly light-brown hair, blue eyes; wearing reddish-brown trousers with blue stripes, black shoes, dark coat, and soft collar and tie (no hat). Inquiry by his father, Matthew Park, 238 Salisbury Street, who is anxious regarding bis welfare. , /3*7 3/z/37.

Ashburton. Since the 28th November last, Irene Claudia Fleming, age twenty-one, height about 5 ft. 7 in., domestic, native of New Zealand, slight build, fair complexion, lightbrown wavy hair, natural teeth, good carriage; may be dressed in a dark-red frock trimmed with dark-red velvet, white Panama hat, brown shoes and stockings, bottle-green overcoat, and red Astrakhan gauntlet gloves, and she has an attache-case about 14 in. by 10 in. She may be accompanied by Leslie Hosking Watson, referred to in “ Persons Wanted ” this issue. Inquiry by her father, Robert Anderson Fleming, Charles Street, Tinwald, who desires her to return home.

James Millan, age fiftytwo, height 5 ft. 9 in., labourer, native of New Zealand, thin build, ruddy complexion, grey hair, blue eyes, thin features, scar on throat; dressed in brown trousers with white stripes, dark coat and vest, dark felt hat, and black heavy boots. Fears are enterta i i d for his safety.

Bluff. — Since the 21st ultimo, William Middlemiss, age fifty-five, height 5 ft. 11 in., labourer, native of New Zealand, stout build, hair bald on top and turning grey at sides, erect gait, full face; dressed in a brown suit, black shoes, grey overcoat, and brown felt hat. Fears are entertained-for hisiy safety. /#/
