Whangarei. —Raymond Keith Walker, missing, has been located by the Te Puke police. (See Police Gazette, 1936, page 271.)

Whang —Herbert Booth, inquired for, has been interviewed by the Hikurangi police. (See Police Gazette, 1936, page 328.)

Takapuna. — Reginald Hyland, alias Raymond Reginald Hyland, inquired for, has been interviewed by the Auckland police. (See Police Gazette, 1935, page 195.)

Queen Street t harf (Auckland). Patrick Brennan, deserting ship, has been arrested by the Queen Street Wharf (Auckland) police. (See Police Gazette, 1936, page 299.)

Auckland.— -The conviction for escaping from custody recorded against George William Dinester in Police Gazette, 1920, page 22, is to be cancelled in all copies of the Police Gazette.

Auckland. Lloyd Richard Faithful, disqualified under Motor Vehicles Act: The disqualification has been removed as from the Bth instant. (See Police Gazette, 1936, page 231.)

Auckland. William John Wyatt, default of maintenance, has been arrested by the Hamilton police. (See Police Gazette, 1936, page 327.)

Auckland. Eric Troutbeck Hutton, default of maintenance has paid the arrears to the Tokaanu police. (See Police Gazette, 1936, page 327.)

Auckland. —John Daintry Campbell Birch, missing, has been arrested on a charge of theft by the Auckland police. (See Police Gazette, 1936, page 148.)

Pukekohe. — George Alexander McKinney, missing, has been located. (See Police Gazette, 1936. page 318.)

Te Kuiti. —Robert William Craig Williamson, missing and failing to maintain, has been located at Albany, Queensland. The warrant has been cancelled. (See Police Gazette, 1936, pages 69 and 269.)

New Plymouth. — Harry Radcliffe Jones, missing, has been located by the Pukekohe police. (See Police Gazette, 1935, page 727.)

Napier. — Selwyn George Harris, theft, has been arrested by the Napier police. (See Police Gazette, 1936, page 269.)

Hawera.- — Brafford Vick, failing to maintain, has been arrested by the Hastings police. His correct name is Arthur Braffett Vick. (See Police Gazette, 1936, page 227.)

Nelson. William Gorman, theft, has been arrested by the Havelock police. (See Police Gazette, 1936, page 354.)

Seddon.- — L. B. Rhodes, suspected of theft, has been interviewed by the Christchurch police, but no evidence resulted. His correct name is Lionel Bidwell Rhodes. (See Police Gazette, 1936, page 301.)

Cobden.- Percy William Mayes, inquired for, has been interviewed by the Upper Riccarton police. He is identical with Percival William Mayes, referred to in Police Gazette, 1931, page 608. (See Police Gazette, 1932, page 300.)

Christchurch. — Henry Joseph Gapes, convicted of indecent assault: The offence and sentence should read, “ indecent assault (two charges); two years’ probation and prohibited.” (See Police Gazette, 1936, page 345.)

Christchurch. Harold Avery Clayton, alias McKibbon, false pretences, has been arrested by the Ophir police. (See Police Gazette, 1936, page 95.)

Temuka. O’Neill, attempted carnal knowledge, has been arrested by the Christchurch police. His correct name is George O’Neill. (See Police Gazette, 1934, page 262.)

Balclutha. — Harold Avery Clayton, alias McKibbon, false pretences, has been arrested by the Ophir police. (See Police Gazette, 1936, page 146.)
