UNCLAIMED PROPERTY.
Auckland. are to be made for the owner of the property described hereunder which, on the 24th August last, was found in possession of William Mcßeynolds, referred to in Police Gazette, 1935, page 729 : A light-green No. 18 two and a half tons lorry-jack, known as a “worm-jack,” 91- in. from base to top ; a large gimblet; and a small Disston keyhole saw. The articles are believed to have been stolen.
Waitaba. — are to be made for the owner of the bicycle described hereunder, which was found in possession of Ted Tate, who has been identified as Bertram Anderson, alias Fred Davis, referred to in Police Gazette, 1935, page 725, and Photographs, page 57 : A gentlemen’s bicycle, “ Earl ” lettered in chain-wheel, black framed-red Palmer
Pilot tire on back wheel, grey Palmer Viking tire on front wheel, free-wheel back-pedalling brake, steel mudguards, back mudguard painted about 6 in. from bottom with aluminium paint, upturned handle-bars, no grips, rubber pedals, Mansfield saddle, branded “ Onward,” no number visible, but there are six niches in frame apparently madejby y a file; old appearance.
