Sentence varied. Wellington. —The conviction recorded against Herbert Henry Waters in Police Gazette, 1935, page 241, has been varied to read “ Convicted and discharged.” His motordriver’s license has not been cancelled, and all copies of the Police Gazette are to be amended accordingly.
