He also obtained cigarettes and money, value £5, from Robert Percival Holland, tobacconist, 176 Featherston Street, by means of a valueless cheque for that amount. It has been ascertained that accused is employed by the British Electrical Products, Sydney, and his address is 121 Castlereagh Street, Sydney, New South Wales.
