Auckland. — Sam Gudby, theft, has been arrested by the Auckland police. His correct name is John Harold William Farland. (See Police Gazette, 1933, page 137.)

Auckland.— William Geller, failing to maintain : Warrant cancelled. (See Police Gazette, 1932, page 659.)

Auckland. -Alfred William Willis Robinson, default of maintenance: Warrant cancelled. (See Police Gazette, 1933, page 217.)

Pukekohe.— Hayden Smith, theft, has been arrested by the Mount Eden police. (See Police Gazette, 1933, page 347.)

Tuakau.— Puke Teao, default of fine and costs, has paid the amount to the Otaki police. (See Police Gazette, 1933, page 333.)

Hamilton.— Thomas Lineen, default of maintenance, has been arrested by the Howick police. (See Police Gazette 1933, page 200.)

New Plymouth.— Murdoch McDiarmid, theft, has been found drowned in Sydney Harbour. (See Police Gazette, 1933, page 159.)

Hastings.— Edmund William Boyd, alias W. Mills, failing to maintain, has been arrested by the Waipawa police. (See Police Gazette, 1933, page 184.)

Wanganui.— Austin, alias “ Shorty ” Austin, theft, has been arrested by the Woodville police. He is identical with John Austin, alias McMurdo, referred to in Police Gazette. 1925, page 350, and Photographs, page 1. (See Police Gazette’ 1933, page 308.)

Wellington. James O’Brien, false pretences, has been arrested by the Waihi police. He is identical with James Patrick O’Brien, referred to in Police Gazette, 1932, page 52. (See Police Gazette, 1933, page 321.)

Wellington. — Horace Randall Bishop, alias Thomas Pawson, summons for receiving stolen property, has been served by the Wellington police. (See Police Gazette, 1932, page 362.)

Christchurch. — Robert Smith, alias William Richard Webster, alias Stevens, default of fines and costs, has paid the amount to the Little River police. (See Police Gazette, 1933, page 55.)
