Ruawat. —Charles Mitai, default of fine and costs, has paid the amount to the Ruawai police. (See Police Gazette, 1933, page 33.)

Auckland. — James Joseph Phelan, failing to maintain, has been arrested by the Newton police. (Sec Police Gazette, 1933, page 75.)

Auckland. —Kevan or Keven Francis Burns, default of maintenance, has paid the arrears to the Cambridge police. (Sec Police Gazette, 1933, page 125.)

Auckland. — Clifford Edge Blake, failing to maintain, has been arrested by the Belfast and Otahuhu police. (See Police Gazette, 1933, page 126.)

Auckland. George Woods, uttering forged cheque, has been arrested by the Wellington police. His correct name is George Henry Woods. (See Police Gazette, 1929, page 623.)

Hawera. —Herbert Porter, default of fine and costs, has been arrested by the Palmerston North police. The distress warrant was executed by the St. John’s (Wanganui) police. (See Police Gazette, 1933, page 34.)

Wanganui. Joseph Law’s shop broken into. The offender has been convicted, but the stolen property has not been recovered. (See Police Gazette, 1933, page 37.)
