Napier.—2nd ultimo, on two warrants of commitment to Napier Prison for two months and one month in default of paying £2O 2s. arrears on orders for the support of his wife and child, Sydney Fieldhouse, age thirty-three, height 5 ft. 8 in., painter, native of England, medium build, fresh complexion, light-brown hair, blue eyes; stooped. Wanganui.— l3th May last, for theft of 55., the property of Edith Jane Frith, storekeeper, M. S. McKay, age about forty, height 5 ft. in., native of New Zealand, stout build, dark complexion, dark-brown hair, ’ brown eyes. Accused volunteered to repair complainant’s window, and was given ss. with which to buy glass. He failed to return, and an information has been laid charging him with the theft. Wellington.—lßth instant, on warrant for failing to comply with the terms of a maintenance order for the support of his two children, Ronald Malcolm Cameron, age twentythree, height 5 ft.' 11 in., motor mechanic, native of Scotland, slight build, curly dark-brown hair, green eyes, dimple in chin; scar on one side of face ; usually dressed in a navy-blue suit and overcoat (no hat); slightly round shoulders. Motueka. —19th instant, that he may be compelled to maintain his wife, Clementine Bonnell, and child, George Ernest Bonnell, age forty-five, height 5 ft. 11 in., farmer and labourer, native of England, strong build, fresh complexion, brown hair, grey eyes; deformed toes, small scar on left side of nose, small scar under left eye.
