Declaring the “Appointed Day ” for the Purposes of the Transport Licensing Act, 1931. (See New Zealand Gazette, 1931, page 3506.) In pursuance and exercise of the powers conferred on me by subsection (3) of section 2 of the Transport Licensing Act, 1931, I, Joseph Gordon Coates, Minister of Transport, do hereby declare the Ist day of March, 1932, to be the appointed day for the purposes of the said Act.
