MISCELLANEOUS INFORMATION.
Unemployment Act, 1930 U.B. 16 (Application for Exemption from Payment of Unemployment Levy on grounds of Hardship).
Attention is directed to the form of certificate in U.B. 16 -4 hereby the person signing the certificate below the signature of the applicant certifies that to the best of his knowledge and belief the applicant’s declaration is a true and correct statement.
Before any member of the Police Force signs such a certificate, he should from his own knowledge or from facts ascertained by him be in a position to support his certificate if called upon to do so.
