Auckland. —11th instant, for assault and robbery, Man (name unknown), age about twenty-five, height about 5 ft. 6 in., medium build ; wearing a grey overcoat and slouch hat; deep voice. About 3 a.m. accused requested Warwick Francis Harvey, taxi-driver, to drive him to Hilsborough Road, where he assaulted the driver and robbed him of £1 15s. No warrant.
