Whangarei. Malcolm Ross Kell, alias Malcolm Ross, alias ROSS Kell, theft, has been arrested by the Gisborne police. (See Police Gazette, 1931, pages 197, 231, and 311.)

Whangarei. — Fritz McPherson Dunn, obtaining credit by fraud, has been arrested by the Hamilton police. (See Police Gazette, 1930, page 125.)

Whangarei.— Fritz McPherson Dunn, failing to maintain, has been arrested by the Hamilton police. (See Police Gazette, 1930, page 31.)

Devonport. William David Joseph Gallagher, deserting Navy, has been arrested by the Nuhaka police. (See Police Gazette, 1931, page 372.)

Auckland. — Henry James Clive Wallace Wells, failing to maintain, has been arrested by the Owaka police. (See Police Gazette, 1931, page 369.)

Auckland.— F. T. King, false pretences, has been arrested by the Auckland police. He is identical with Mervyn David Rowe. (See Police Gazette, 1931, pages 327 and 351.)

Auckland.— Thomas Dung, alias Dung Fat, failing to maintain, warrant cancelled. (See Police Gazette, 1930, pages 354 and 484.)

Auckland.— Roy McDonald, default of maintenance, has paid the amount to the South Dunedin police. (See Police Gazette, 1931, page 385.)

Auckland. William Edward Murphy, default of maintenance, has paid the amount to the Paeroa police. (See Police Gazette, 1931, page 385.)

Auckland. Charles Burke, default of balance of fine and costs, has been arrested by the Petone and Takapuna police. (See Police Gazette, 1931, page 385.)

Auckland. — Leonard Walter Lash, suspected of theft, has been arrested by the Wellington police. (See Police Gazette, 1931, page 340.)

Auckland.— Cecil Rawlings Murray, default of maintenance, has paid the amount to the Green Island police. (See Police Gazette, 1931, page 385.)

Hamilton. — Robert Rosciemer, theft, has been arrested by the Gisborne police. He is identical with Malcolm ROSS Kell. (See Police Gazette, 1931, page 327.)

Hamilton. Basil Clayton, alias Grayton, default of maintenance, has been arrested by the Mount Eden South police. (See Police Gazette, 1931, page 297.)

Rotorua. — Teri Whitney, alias Withers, breach of probation, has been arrested by the Rotorua police. (See Police Gazette, 1931, page 351.)

Taumarunui. — John Kennedy Thomson, alias Kenneth Thomson, default of maintenance, has been arrested by the Te Kuiti police. (See Police Gazette, 1931, page 327.)

Port Ahurtri. John Neilson, alias Dutchy Nelson, unlawfully using a motor-van, has been arrested by the Nelson police. (See Police Gazette, 1931, pages 282 and 311.)

Wanganui.— Mata Fick, default of maintenance, has been arrested by the Mount Cook police. (See Police Gazette, 1929, page 594.)

Wanganui. Jack Alford, missing, has been located by the Waitotara police. (See Police Gazette, 1931, page 231.)

Otaki.— Percy Claude Hamilton, suspected of theft, has been interviewed by the Pongaroa police, hut no evidence resulted. (See Police Gazette, 1931, page 330.)

Wellington— George Paul Zaekey, theft, has been arrested by the Wellington police. (See Police Gazette, 1931, page 282.)

Blenheim.— Mervyn David Rowe, alias Harrison, suspected of theft, has been interviewed by the Auckland police, but no evidence resulted. The bicycle has not been recovered. (See Police Gazette, 1931, page 284.)

Westport. Patrick Henry McNamara, default of fine and costs, has been arrested by the Palmerston North police. (See Police Gazette, 1931, page 352.)

Greymouth. — J. Harris, false pretences, has been arrested by the Auckland police. The saxophone has been recovered. He is identical with Mervyn David Rowe. (See Police Gazette, 1931, pages 244 and 266.)

Greymouth.— Ernest Joseph Bissei!, alias Jack O’Malley, failing to maintain, has been interviewed by the Queen Street Wharf (Auckland) police. (See Police Gazette, 1928, page 788, and 1931, page 340.)

Christchurch. — Patrick John Sheridan, theft, has been arrested by the Queenstown police. He assumed the name Francis John Cooper. (See Police Gazette, 1926, page 52.)

Christchurch. — Gordon Murray Lee, failing to maintain, warrant cancelled. (See Police Gazette, 1930, page 731.)

Oamaru.Mervyn David Rowe, suspected of theft, has been interviewed by the Auckland police, but no evidence resulted. The racquet has not been recovered. (See Police Gazette, 1930, page 868.)

Dunedin. — Mervyn David Rowe, attempted false pretences, has been arrested by the Auckland police. (See Police Gazette, 1930, page 814.)

Dunedin. Hans Wilhelm Froh, entering New Zealand without a permit, has been arrested by the Dunedin police. (See Police Gazette, 1931, page 370.)

Winton. — George Gray, missing, has been found dead. (See Police Gazette, 1931, page 372.)
