Since the 20th instant, John Richard Pashley, age eighteen, height 5 ft. 7 in., native of New Zealand, strong build, fair complexion, prominent nose, round face ; dressed in blue serge trousers, brown sports coat, and black heavy boots, and has in his possession a football jersey of blue with white shoulders and neck. He is mentally deficient, and he makes a practice of accosting women. Steps were being taken to have him committed to a mental hospital when he disappe “ od ' SttoZa / tfq/o .
