Auckland. Bth instant, for failing to comply with the conditions of his release upon probation (Offenders Probation Act, 1920), Gordon Stewart Mason, age forty, height 5 ft. 11 in., labourer, native of New Zealand, fresh complexion, brown hair, blue eyes ; hand, rose, and ship on left forearm ; ship, “ Faith, hope, and charity,” and rose on right forearm. Auckland. — 21st ultimo, for obscene exposure, Man (name unknown), age about thirty, height about 5 ft. 6 in., medium build, dark complexion and hair ; dressed in a dark serge suit (no hat). About 2.10 p.m., in Domain Drive, accused obscenely exposed himself within the view of Elizabeth McNamara, married, 39 Gladstone Road, Mount Albert. No warrant.

Auckland. 4th instant, on warrant for attempting to leave New Zealand whilst moneys payable under a maintenance order in respect of his wife, Margaret Keefe, 37 Sentinel Road, Herne Bay, are in arrear, Michael Francis Keefe, alias Frank Keefe, age thirty-nine, height 5 ft. 7 in., agent and private detective, native of New Zealand, strong build, dark complexion and hair, hazel eyes ; usually dressed in a navyblue suit, tan shoes, and grey felt hat; frequents hotels, racecourses, and billiard-saloons. Dunedin. 6th instant, on warrant for false pretences, A. J. Walker, age forty-one, height 6 ft. 34 in., labourer and draughtsman, native of England, stout build, sallow complexion, brown hair and eyes, scar on throat ; dressed in a blue or dark suit and soft felt hat; erect gait. Accused obtained £5 from Ethelbert Arthur Reed, accountant, Loan and Mercantile Agency Co., by means of a valueless cheque for that amount. He is identical with John W. Walker, referred to in Police Gazette, 1929, page 498, and Photographs, 1928, page 36.
