Gisborne. The NEW ZEALAND GOVERNMENT’S (Defence Department) property has been recovered by the Gisborne police, and William Clement Dearness and John Herbert Edward Little arrested for the offence. (See Police Gazette, 1929, page 738.)

Christchurch. —JOHN GARETH ERASERS’ motor-cycle has been found abandoned by the Waitati police. (See Police Gazette, 1929, page 749.)
Temuka. GEORGE OSWALD BROWN’S motor-cycle has been found abandoned by the Rakaia police. (See Police Gazette, 1929, page 761.)
