Auckland. —John Walton Phillips, default of maintenance, has paid the amount into Court. (See Police Gazette, 1929, page 708.)

Auckland. —Luke Francis Bell, default of maintenance, has been arrested by the Newton police. (See Police Gazette, 1929, page 691.)

Auckland. —Henry George Parsons, default of maintenance, has been arrested by the Warkworth police. (See Police Gazette, 1929, page 719.)

Auckland. —John Thomas Brown, alias Butler, default of fine and costs, has paid the amount to the Rotorua police. (See Police Gazette, 1929, page 564.)

Auckland. —Ruby Paterson, failing to maintain, has been interviewed by the Queen’s Wharf (Auckland) police. (See Police Gazette, 1929, page 707.)

Cambridge. —William Brewer, alias Bruce, alias Youngman, breach of probation, has been arrested by the Ruatoria police. (See Police Gazette, 1928, pages 521 and 776.)

Putaruru. Christopher Rynan, alias Ryanan, alias Kiri Romana, suspected of theft, has been interviewed by the Te Aroha police, but no evidence resulted. (See Police Gazette, 1929, page 260.)

Gisborne. —Leonard Henry Richard Burne, default of fines and costs, has paid the amount to the Patutahi police. (See Police Gazette, 1929, page 676.)

Napier. —William John Carr, alias William James Carr, alias Marshall, default of fine and costs, has paid the amount to the Stratford police. (See Police Gazette, 1929, page 624.)

Wanganui. —William Vernon, theft, has been arrested by the Murchison police. His correct name is Albert William James Vernon. (See Police Gazette, 1929, page 514.)

Wellington.— Thomas Herbert Butler, failing to maintain, has been arrested by the Taupo police. He had assumed the name Mason. (See Police Gazette, 1927, page 284.)

Wellington. —Charles Moreland, suspected of theft, has been interviewed by the Wellington police, but no evidence resulted. (See Police Gazette, 1929, page 472.)

Blenheim. —Herbert Downs, alias Downes, summons for, has been served by the New Brighton police. (See Police Gazette, 1929, page 612.)

Ashburton. ■ —• John James Knight, failing to maintain ; warrant cancelled. (See Police Gazette, 1928, page 487.)

Ashburton. —John Lynch, failing to maintain, has been arrested by the Hunterville police. He had assumed the name Curran. (See Police Gazette, 1928, page 251.)

Waitahuna. —Robert Porteous Brown, default of fine and costs, has been arrested by the Dunedin police. He is identical with man of same name referred to in Police Gazette, 1925, page 358. (See Police Gazette, 1928, page 40.)

Winton. Augustus Stewart McMahon, alias Augustine Stephen McMahon, notice of fine and costs for, has been served by the Cheviot police. He is identical with man of same name referred to in Police Gazette, 1927, page 368. (See Police Gazette, 1923, page 704.)
