PERSONS WANTED.

.Whan &arei. 9th instant, on warrant for failing to comply with the terms of a maintenance order for the support of his illegitimate child, Stanley Allen, age thirty, height 6 ft-., labourer, native of New Zealand, strong build, fresh ■ complexion, brown hair, blue eyes ; usually dressed in a navyblue suit and brown felt hat; fond of drink.

Auckland.— lsth August last, on warrant of commitment to Auckland Prison for one month in default of paying £6 17s. 6d. arrears due on a maintenance order for the support of his child, Reginald Horatio Albert Alexander, age about sixty-five, height about 6 ft., journalist, stout build, fresh complexion, dark hair turning grey ; dressed in a blue or grey suit, hard hat and brown shoes."

Auckland. —l2th instant, on warrant for failing to maintain his wife, Rhoda Wallace, 4 Newton Street, Albert Napier Wallace, age forty-two, height 5 ft. 4 in., cook, native of England, medium build, fresh complexion, brown hair and eyes, broken nose, ginger moustache, Prince of Wales feathers and butterfly on right forearm, pot of flowers and clasped hands on left forearm ; usually well dressed.

Mount Eden. 4th August last, on warrant for theft of forty packets of Player’s cigarettes, the property of Hetty Mildred Hurley, storekeeper, Mount Eden Road, value £1 10s., Frank Jackson, age seventeen, height about 6 ft., seaman and labourer, native of New Zealand, slight build, fair complexion and hair, blue eyes, clean-shaved, one upper front tooth missing, dancing-girl on one forearm ; dressed in a navy-blue suit and tweed cap ; smart appearance. He may be accompanied by John McCullough Morrison, age sixteen, height 5 ft. 5 in., strong build, dark hair and complexion. There are other charges pending, fWf/hg.

Hamilton. —l2th instant, on warrant of commitment to Auckland Prison in default of paying £169 7s. 6d. arrears due on a maintenance order for the support of his son, Ivan Evans, Walter Raymond Sutherland, alias Tassy Sutherland, alias George Williams, age thirty-nine, height 5 ft. 7 in., barman, native of Tasmania, medium build, fresh complexion, dark hair turning grey, blue eyes, scar on left forefinger, right fore and middle finger joints enlarged. Ohura. —l3th instant, on warrant for failing to comply with the terms of a maintenance order for the support of his illegitimate child, of whom Myfannwry Sophia Thompson is the mother, Alick Fulcher, age about twenty-four, height 5 ft. 9 in., butcher and drover, native of New Zealand, thin build, fair complexion, brown hair, blue eyes ; dressed in a grey suit and cap ; slightly stooped ; slouching gait. Stratford.— 29th ultimo, on warrant of commitment to Auckland Prison for twenty-one days in default of paying £4 9s. fine and costs for theft, Charles Augustus Schultz, age thirty-one, height 5 ft. 6 in., labourer, native of New Zealand, medium build, fresh complexion, brown hair, grey eyes.
