PERSONS WANTED.

♦ Auckland.- — 13th ultimo, on warrant of commitment to Auckland Prison for one month in default of paying £6 Os. 6d. fine and costs for theft, Frank Pithie, age forty-eight, height 5 ft. 10Jin., labourer and miner, native of Scotland, strong build, fresh complexion, grey hair, blue eyes, woman’s head on left forearm, scar on chin ; usually dressed in a blue suit; erect gait. He is also wanted on two warrants of commitment to Auckland Prison for seven days and forty-eight hours in default of paying £7 fines and costs, issued at Te Awamutu on the 13th ultimo. Christchurch. — R. L. J. Bell, forgery and uttering: It has been ascertained by the Christchurch police that he is not identical with William McKay, alias Mackie, alias J. Nicolson. (See Police Gazette, 1927, page 476.)
