Devonport.— On or about the 4th August last, between Suva and Auckland, per s.s. “ Tofua,” the property of WILLIAM McLaren KESSON PATTERSON, 48 Mosley Avenue, a gentlemen’s herring-bone-pattern fawn woollen overcoat, “ M.K.P.” in red thread inside back, “ W. Patterson,” and “Thompson, Son, and Laidlaw, Glasgow,” inside breastpocket ; a quarter-plate Ensign camera ; a whale’s tooth mounted on dark-red plaited card ; four light-grey Llama shirts; two woollen shirts; two suits brown Charwood underpants and flannels ; two Wolsey-de-lux singlets ; ten pairs black cashmere socks ; and ten white handkerchiefs, all marked “ W.K.P.” in red cotton or indelible ink ; two black - and - white Fiji mats; and two pieces of tapa about 10 ft. by 3 ft. : total value, £23 Is. 6d.
