Devonrort. — Between April last and 12th .August, from a shed at 15 Jubilee Avenue, the property of ERNEST PATTERSON, a set of S.A.E. dies in leather case ; a set of Whitworth dies in wooden case; a nickel-plated Primus stove ; a smoothing-plane ; and a case containing chisels, callipers, and compasses, mostly marked “ W.R.T.,” brass plate on case with “ W.R.T.” thereon: total value, £ls. Auckland. 4th or sth July last, from a motor-car which was unlawfully removed from Burwood Crescent and abandoned in Shore Road, the property of ROY LLEWELLYN PEGLER, 37 Burwood Crescent, Remuera, a 6 volt Exide motor-car battery, 128 stamped on side ; a rubber mat lined with tigerskin ; a nickel spotlight with wire attached ; and an eight-day clock, about 5 in. in diameter, for fitting on motor-car dashboard : total value, £2O. Terrace, Ponsonby, a gentlemen’s navy-blue serge overcoat, three-quarter length, three buttons on front; a gentlemen’s fawn Stetson felt hat, size 6f, red-and-blue band, “ Geo. Auckland. —On the 27th ultimo the dwelling of EMMA WOLSTENCROFT, 23 New Bond Street, Kingsland, was broken into, and the following stolen therefrom : £lO in money; two cash-boxes, one painted black and the other black with gold lines ; a Post Office Savings-bank book, No. 195334, and an Auckland Savings-bank book, No. 27299, both, in name of complainant: total value, £ll 10s.
