The Arms Act, 1920.—Appointment of Authorized Officer. (See New Zealand Gazette, 1927, page 1536.) Police Department, Wellington, 11th May, 1927. Pursuant to the regulations under the Arms Act, 1920, I, William Bernard Mcllveney, the Commissioner of Police, do hereby appoint the senior member of the Police Force for the time being in charge of the police - station at Ruawai to be an Authorized Officer for the purpose of the said Act. ■ This is in lieu of the appointment of the senior member of the Force at Aratapu (New Zealand Gazette, 1920, page 3364).
