Complainant gave the coat to the above-described man to hold whilst he used the telephone, and he disappeared with it.

Woodville. — JAMES MILLER’S property stolen : All the stolen property, with the exception of the ring, fountain pen, grey shirt, grey cap, motor-gloves, singlet, watch, war medals, foreign notes and coins, and the money, have been found abandoned near complainant’s dwelling.
