Altering Scale of Fees under the Justices of the Peace Act, 1908. (See New Zealand Gazette, 1927, page 139.) CHARLES FERGUSSON, Governor-General. ORDER IN COUNCIL. At the Government Buildings at Wellington, this 20th day of December, 1926. Present: The Honourable W. Downie Stewart presiding in Council. In. pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities conferred, by section three hundred and seventy-one of the Justices of the Peace Act, 1908, His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, acting by and with the advice and consent of the. Executive Council of the said Dominion, doth hereby abolish the fees to be taken under the said Act as fixed , by Order in Council made on the twelfth day of December, one thousand nine hundred and twenty-four, and published in the New Zealand Gazette

of the eighteenth day of December, one thousand nine hundred and twenty-four, at page 2951, whereby fees were fixed in lieu of the fees set out in the Third Schedule to the said Act, and doth fix in lieu thereof the fees set out in the Schedule hereto, and doth hereby evoke the said Order in Council of date the twelfth day of December, one thousand nine hundred and twenty-four, and doth declare that this Order in Council shall take effect as from the first day of February, one thousand nine hundred and twenty-seven.
