Since the 22nd ultimo, Thomas McMenemy age about sixty-three, height about 5 ft. 7 in., hairdresser, black hair turning grey, black moustache ; well dressed in a dark suit, black hard hat, and black tie. Hastings. Since the 20th July last, Geoffrey Roy Scarrott, age seventeen, height 5 ft. 5 in., student, native of New Zealand, strong build, dark complexion, brown hair, hazel eyes, bad front teeth ; dressed in a -serge or grey suit (shorts) and green-felt hat or blue high-school cap with red band. He is well educated, and intended sitting for a school-teachers’ examination, but he may be employed on a farm.
