Auckland.— Herbert John Emrys, inquiry for, has been arrested by the Wanganui police on another charge. His correct name is Herbert Jones Emrys. See Police Gazette, 1926, page 173.)

Auckland.— Henry Maney, alias Henry Gilbert Richard Maney, failing to maintain, has been arrested by the Kaikohe police. (See Police Gazette, 1926, page 534.)

Auckland. Edward Bolton, default of costs, has paid the amount to the Wellington police. (See Police Gazette, 1926, page 205.)

Auckland. Thomas Robinson, failing to comply with order for expenses, has been arrested by the Arapuni police. (See Police Gazette, 1926, page 493.)

Hamilton. Arthur Dane Thompson, absconding from licensed service : No further action to be taken. (See Police Gazette, 1926, page 551.)

Te — Archibald Charles Franklin, carnal knowledge, has been arrested by the Te Kuiti police. (See Police Gazette, 1925, pages 541 and 616, and 1926, page 218.)

Taihape.— Edward Patrick Leahey, default of fine and costs, has been arrested by the Stratford police. (See Police Gazette, 1926, page 600.)

Wanganui.— Frank Johnson, theft, has been arrested by the Onehunga police. (See Police Gazette, 1926, page 456.)

Pahiatua. — Richard Jones, alias Preston, default of fine and costs, has paid the amount to the Putaruru police. (See Police Gazette, 1926, page 566.)

Wellington.— Reg Miles, default of fine and costs, has paid the amount to the Napier police. (See Police Gazette, 1926, page 566.)

Wellington.— Timothy Delaney, alias Sullivan, default of fine and costs, has been arrested by the Wellington police. (See Police Gazette, 1925, page 396.)

Wellington.— Clarence Ronald Sutherland, default of fine and costs, has paid the amount to the Mount Cook (Wellington) police. (See Police Gazette, 1926, page 617.)

Wellington.— Jimmy Woereta, alias Wereta, alias John Joseph Hansen, escaping from prison, has been arrested by the Dannevirke police. He had assumed the name Jimmy Rodgers. (See Police Gazette, 1926, pages 494, 522, and 549.)

Nelson. — Murrie Spiers, false pretences, has been arrested by the Palmerston North police. (See Police Gazette, 1926, page 617.)

Christchurch. Vernon Thomas Alexander Gray, breach of probation, has been arrested by the Wellington police. • He had assumed the name Leonard Wright. (See Police Gazette, 1926, page 535.)
