Auckland. — Harold Raymond Kerr, failing to maintain, has been arrested by ' the Auckland police. (See Police Gazette, 1926, page 303.) f

Auckland.— Joseph Patrick Williams, alias James Williams, alias John Joseph Williams, breach of probation, has been arrested by the Napier and Petane police. (See Police Gazette, 1926, pages 237 and 371.)

Auckland.— David Bole, alias John Fry, escaping from inebriates home, has been arrested by the Gisborne police. (See Police Gazette, 1926, page 255.)

Auckland. Alexander McDonald, failing to maintain, has been arrested by the Wellington police, (See Police Gazette, 1921, page 581.)

Auckland. William Oliver, failing to maintain, has been arrested by the Auckland police. His correct name is William Oliver Hardbattle. (See Police Gazette, 1925, page 681.)

Auckland. Cecil Hubert Tooley, failing to maintain, has been arrested by the Hamilton police. (See Police Gazette, 1926, page 343.)

Mercer. —William Lyndhurst, breaches of prohibition order, has been served with a summons by the Mount Eden police. (See Police Gazette, 1926, page 271.)

Ngaruawahia. —William Burrell, alias Russo, theft, has been arrested by the Motu police. His correct name is William Alec Burrell. (See Police Gazette, 1926, pages 303 and 372.)

Arapuni. —Sydney Lcyc, theft, has been arrested by the Te Whaiti police. (See Police Gazette, 1926, page 372.)

Hastings. —Gerald Alymer, breaking, entering, and theft* has been arrested by the Hamilton police. His correct name is Gerald Aylmer. (See Police Gazette, 1926, page 174.)

Woodville. —James Alexander Birss, failing to maintain, has been arrested by the Dannevirke police. He had assumed the name James Maher. (See Police Gazette, 1926, page 328.)

Wellington. — Kardyment, failing to maintain, has been arrested by the Mount Cook (Wellington) police. (See Police Gazette, 1.926, page 328.)

Wellington. —James Ernest Sutton, default of fine and costs, died in the Wellington Hospital on the 15th instant. (See Police Gazette, 1926, page 219.)
