Newton. — William Sinclair, manslaughter, has been arrested by the Auckland police. (See Police Gazette, 1924, page 369.)

Auckland.— William Thompson, failing to maintain, has been arrested by the Wanganui police. (See Police Gazette, 1925, page 149.)

Auckland.- Alfred Chambers, failing to maintain, has been arrested by the Rotorua police. (See Police Gazette, 1925, page 369.)

Auckland. — Cecil William White, breach of probation : No further action to be taken. (See Police Gazette, 1925, page 486.)

Pukekohe.— Francis Charles Gale, false pretences : Warrant cancelled. (See Police Gazette, 1925, page 497.)

Stratford. Frank McPhee, failing to render personal service, has been served with a summons by the Dunedin police. (See Police Gazette, 1925, page 432.)

Raetihi. — Samuel Rattray, theft, has been arrested by the Ruatorea police on another charge. (See Police Gazette, 1924, page 530.)

Napier.— Leonard William Beach, failing to maintain, has been arrested by the Wharf (Wellington) police. (See Police Gazette, 1925, page 473.)

Petone. — Leslie Edlin, theft, has been served with a summons by the Taihape police. (See Police Gazette, 1924, page 226.)

Wellington. — Thomas Herbert Butler, alias Frederick Thomas Norton, default, of maintenance, has paid the amount to the Marton police. (See Police Gazette, 1925, page 432.)

Wellington.— Stanley King, default of fine and costs, has paid the amount to the Tinui police. (See Police Gazette, 1925, page 514.)
