Auckland.— the Bth and 21st ultimo, from a launch at Wilson’s Beach, the property of JAMES HIGGS, 21 Green Lane, Remuera, a Z.U. 4 Bosch magneto, No. 3016039 ; value, £25 ss, Identifiable.

Auckland. — On the 15th or 16th instant, the shop of REGINALD JOHN INGLIS at 597 Mount Eden Terminus was broken into, and the following stolen therefrom : £l2 IDs. in notes and silver; a postal note for 25., No. 988903 ; a postal note for Is., No. 968444 ; a postal note for 2s. 6d., No. 188954 ; a postal note for 2s. 6d., No. 302681 ; and a postal note for 55., No. 777708 : total value, £l3 3s. Postal notes only identifiable.

Auckland.— On the 15th or 16th ultimo the shop of ROBERT MUIR at 599 Mount Eden Terminus was broken into and the following stolen therefrom : A gentlemen’s metal open-face watch, minute-hand missing, “ Made in Switzerland ”on dial and on inside case, and 6s. lid. : total value, 10s. lOd. Watch only identifiable.

New Plymouth. —Bth ultimo, from outside the Catholic Church, the property of JOHN JOSEPH REARDON, Devon Street, a gentlemen’s black-enamelled free-wheel Argyle bicycle, Mansfield saddle ; value, £5. Identifiable.

New Plymouth. —7th . ultimo, from Currie Street, the property of ALBERT JOHN SMALE, Mangorei Road, a gentlemen’s black-enamelled bicycle, upturned handles, Michelin tire on back wheel; value, £4. Identifiable.

Raetihi.—lst instant, from a whare at Mangaeturoa, the property of JAMES BLACK, a wallet, containing four £5 notes and a £1 note on Bank of New Zealand ; total value, £2l. Wallet only identifiable.

Wellington.23rd ultimo, from a dressing-shed at the Athletic Park, the property of JACK CARSWELL, 11 Grey Street, a gentlemen’s gold-filled wristlet watch, No. 651, illuminated dial, “J. Carswell, first in two-mile race and second in the mile and half-mile,” on back ; value £2 12s. fid. Identifiable.

Christchurch. —2oth February last, from a shed in Leighton Street, the property of DAVID GIBSON, builder, 50 Studholme Street, Spreydon, a quantity of carpenters’ tools, including Stanley planes,- a brace and bits, saws, chisels, &c. ; total value, £2O. Identifiable.
