a traveller for the above firm, sold to Benjamin Carter, Takapau, a chaffcnttcr, for which he received £lO and failed to account for it to his employers. He has also taken with him a Davidson motor-bicycle, registered No. N.N. 80, value £BO, the property of Booth, Macdonald, and Co. He is also wanted on warrant at Petone for false pretences.
