Queen Street Wharf (Auckland). —15th August last, on warrant for making to the Registrar of Births, &c., at Onehunga, a false statement regarding the birth of his illegitimate child, of whom Angelina Nelson is the mother, Andrew Lloyd, age about thirty-five, height 5 ft. 9 in., ship’s officer, native of Scotland, medium build, fresh complexion, dark hair, brown eyes, long pointed nose slightly turned to left side, one gold upper front tooth ; dressed in a navy-blue-serge suit with double-breasted coat and brown-felt hat; erect gait, and carries his head slightly to one side. He may be accompanied by .Angelina Nelson and two children, aged eleven years and six months respectively, and may endeavour to leave this Dominion.

She was allowed fourteen days to pay the fine, &c., but the order has not been complied with, and her arrest is desired.
