Auckland. —ROGER CORBAN’S shop broken into : A portion of the stolen property has been recovered by the Auckland police, and Arthur Hamilton, alias Sligo, arrested for the offence. (See Police Gazette, 1923, page 133.)
Palmerston North. VICTOR CARMINE’S fox-terrier has been fountl: not stolen. (See Police Gazette, 1923, page 589.)
Wellington. ELIZABETH JAMES’S carpets stolen : Joseph Alfred Peerless Young and Frank Walter Millar have been arrested for the offence by the Wellington police and portion of the stolen property recovered. (See Police Gazette, 1923, page 589.)
Christchurch. FREDERICK PARCEL THOMAS’S home has been found : not stolen. (See Police Gazette, 1923, page 456.)
Timaru— WILLIAM COCHRANE BURNS’S bicycle has been found by the Timaru police. (See Police Gazette. 1920, page 458.)
